This position reports to the Office Manager and you will assist with the efficient processing of building and planning permits on behalf of our clients

Specific Duties and Responsibilities                

  • Assist with processing building and planning permit applications;
  • Liaise with clients, building surveyors and council officers regarding planning and building permits;
  • Assist our project managers with planning/building regulation checks;
  • Review documentation for orders to ensure compliance with building regulations;
  • Prepare building contracts and other related documentation for building permits;
  • Drafting of site plans;
  • Attend to other administrative duties as required.
