We are looking for a contractor for an initial term of about four weeks to assist our client setting up Bills of Materials and Routes in the new System for our Assembly business. This is predominantly a clerical role transferring "template data" from the old system into the new, but it does require familiarity with how a BOM / Route works so that the two systems can be sanity checked for consistency. The job would also involve checking current costs in the old system to ensure they reflect latest pricing, and updating them where necessary. You will need to be very organised and structured in your approach, and be able to work towards project deadlines (flagging up potential problems early if necessary).
Ideally you will either be a cost accounting or be an experienced management accountant. Axapta experience would be useful, but not mandatory. The role will report initially to an R&D Engineer.
