Our client is a state of the art packing facility located in the Goulburn Valley. As the result of a happy event they seek a suitably experienced Administration Assistant on a part time basis for 12-14 months.
The role provides support for the Office Manager in a process driven & busy environment and is responsible for: -
- Payroll & AP data entry utilising Reckon One Accounting software
- Performing end of month reconciliations
- Records & database management
This is a 3 day (9.00 am - 3.30 pm) pw. position that may suit a return to work parent as it affords some flexibility with regard to the days & number of hours required..
