POSITION FILLED          This is a 4-5 month temp role. It is in Geelong and is full time (8.30 - 5pm Mon - Fri). Our client seeks a person who has very good administration skills and has had a background or history in finance (i.e. banks or finance company). The requirements of the role are as follows:  Customer Order Entry & Billing Co-Ordination, which entails plenty of Administration work. You will be required to liaise with financiers, Sales Representatives, Customers & Suppliers on a daily basis. the business sells office solutions, & the candidate would be responsible for looking after the entire deal from point of sales, including settlement with the financiers. They also arrange installation with the client and setup all contracts associated with the product. They are responsible for monthly invoicing.
