Local building firm requires am experienced Accounts/Book Keeper person on a temporary basis of up to 30 hours per week, with a view to go permanent.
Minimum of 5 years recent practical experience in Accounts procedures. Some of the listed duties below will indicate the skill set of the person sought after:
Daily reconciliation of accounts;• Prepare weekly payroll for 20 employees;• Daily data input of expenses;• Prepare BAS/PAYG;• Fulfill ASIC/ATO reporting obligations;• Liaise with Accountant where required;• Prepare invoices and liaise with debtors and creditors;• Maintain financial systems;• Job costing;• Liaise with suppliers regarding orders/invoices;• Prepare various reports including use of Excel spreadsheets;• Provide feedback to Directors on improvement and management of systems and financial operations.
