Local building group require a Scheduler to compliment their team.

Duties are as:

  • Scheduling and organising construction;
  • Liaise with clients regarding timeframes for deliveries and construction;
  • Liaise with construction and concreting teams (contractors and employees);
  • Prepare plans and other documentation for construction teams;
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to clients’ queries;
  • Review documentation for orders to ensure compliance;
  • Prepare contracts and other related documentation for construction;
  • Attend to administrative duties as required (order stock, attend to mail, etc);
  • Attend to clients in office as required;

You will bring to this role:

  • Self-motivated;
  • Responsible and accountable;
  • Superior communications and presentation skills enabling effective professional relationship building with clients, suppliers and contractors;
  • Competent in using MS applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint);
  • Ability to manage time and resources;
  • Ability to resolve issues with people of all ages and backgrounds
  • Display a confident and professional approach to work;
  • Be well presented
