A great opportunity has arisen for a suitably experienced Administrator to work for a local transport company. This is a stand-alone role for a skilled payroll administrator and accounts clerk to take ownership and responsibility for: -
- Administering weekly payroll end-to-end: from data/instruction collection, processing, lodgements & payments, incl. hiring & terminations
- Administer, calculation, payment and reconciliation of all local payroll taxes and contributions
- Providing high level customer service to all clients both internal & external
- Accounts Payable & Receivable administration including reconciliations
- Multiple years of experience working a similar role
- Investigative and interpretive skills in dealing with Award & EBA provisions
- Solid Microsoft Excel skills with a strong emphasis on attention to detail
- Organised approach to your work
- A demonstrated customer service focused personality.
