Fox Personnel recognises and accepts its responsibility for the health and safety of all employees, both temporary and permanent.
Fox Personnel has it own internal documented systems and procedures including our OH&S Policy.
We have also developed a series of tool box topics that our consultants use when visiting our staff on various worksites. In the unlikely event of an accident our insurance policies ensure that all our employees are covered.
Our commitment
Our commitment to our Occupational Health and Safety program demands ongoing active involvement and support by all management, staff, temporary employees and clients. Fox Personnel’s directors and staff hold the safety and well being of all our staff either direct or on-hired at the highest level of importance. We visit our clients’ workplaces initially to make sure that we do not place anybody in direct or potential danger.
Our aim
Our aim is to safeguard the health and safety of all temporary employees and our clients. Our policies are regularly reviewed in the light of changes to the workplace and changes in legislation.
Management seeks cooperation from all our temporary and permanent employees in realising our health and safety objectives and creating a safe working environment.
