Well regarded entity in Bendigo seeks and Administrator to manage their reception front of house operations. In this role you will provide administrative support to the CEO, manage accounts payable and receivable via quickbooks, process payroll, and general administrative tasks for their events and communication platforms.
This is a part time position of 3 days per week (Mon,Tue,Wed) and at times there may be after hours work required.
Ideally you will be in the early stages of your working career and this role will be seen by many as a great foundation in furthering your skillset.
You will need a bright outgoing personality, able to communicate freely, possess strong computer skills with all microsoft applications including excel. This is a permanent role for the right person with a well regarded organisation centrally located.
