CLIENT SERVICES OFFICER
The Role includes, but is not limited to the following tasks and involves being allocated as support to one or more of the following business units and/or team within those units:
Providing team support to the group including
Tax and Accounting
Voice and Data
Duties vary but may include
liaising with clients regarding appointments and signing of documentation
completion of statutory lodgements
liaising with ATO, ASIC and other institutions and authorities
preparation of client correspondence and bills
preparation and lodgement of registrations and applications
management of client communications on team behalf
completion of standard and adhoc management reports for teams
development and updating of systems, policies and procedures for the businesses;
data control and other administration tasks as allocated.
Skills and experience required:
Strong communication skills; both verbal and written.
Team player with the ability to take direction and follow instructions.
Fantastic time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Excellent computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
