Description:
Our client is a state of the art packing facility located in the Goulburn Valley.  As the result of a happy event they seek a suitably experienced F & A Manager for up to 12 months.
This hands-on role manages all the internal accounting functions and administration systems and processes straddling day to day accounting, human resource management, payroll, budgeting, cash-flow management, performance reporting, the preparation of information for the annual statutory accounts and taxation returns, insurances, Workcover & general risk management. 
The successful candidate requires broad experience across financial and management accounting and administration functions.  This presumes suitable qualifications and/or experience ideally in a fruit packing environment and advanced technical skills around accounting software, business systems and financial forecasting and analysis.  This will be complemented by an ability to balance good people skills with leadership, persuasion and influence up and down the organisation; professional energy & motivation.
