An iconic Bendigo based company specialising in earthmoving and materials handling equipment requires a Spare Parts Coordinator.

This position would suit a bright & happy person with good communication skills to build Client Relationships  The successful candidate will have contact with clients is over the phone, at the counter and via email.

The ideal candidate will possess a good understanding of MS Office (particularly Excel) and have the ability to pick up new programs and processes quickly.  

You must be prepared to undertake training of the programs and processes, allocating locations, and work with the web based programs of major suppliers. You will be supplying parts for hydraulics, and earthmoving and agricultural equipment

An understanding of hydraulics and earthmoving equipment parts would be advantageous and you will be a team player who can liaise well with internal and external stakeholders and have the communication skills necessary to deliver excellent customer service both over the phone and in person.
