VicRoads requires call centre operators in Ballarat and they have provided me with the following information as there is no PD.  The successful candidates will be the first point of contact for our client's enquiries and it will be a high volume environment
Role description:
•    High volume and KPI environment. Will be using multiple systems on a duel screen computer so strong computer skills are a must.
•    Hours would be 8AM-6PM and candidates would get 20-38 hours per week (as they have a high workload at the moment most would be on the higher end)
•    After 3 months they would be able to work Saturdays which are at higher rates.

Ideal candidates:
•    Ideal candidates would have good customer service and computer skills, be resilient and have experience in a high volume environment (doesn’t have to be high phone volume)
•    VicRoads ideal candidates would have a background in call centres, hospitality, shift managers or retail. Advanced computer skills are essential.
If successful you would receive two and a half weeks training in a classroom environment consisting of both theory and call training.
