The Company:

The role is in Central Victoria and is with a leading Property Valuation company, offering a supportive friendly environment and the possibility of advancement within the organisation.

The Role:

This full time role in Bendigo as an Assistant Property Valuer. Ideally the successful applicant will be a person who has a background in a similar role,  who is open to taking on further studies to become a qualified Valuer.

You will be a multi-tasker who has excellent organizational skills and can meet deadlines. It is a multi faceted and very busy role and each day will be different. The incumbent will need the maturity and ability to be able to liaise effectively with both internal and external clients.

You will be assisting Property Valuers both in the office with administrative duties, as well as out on site assisting with the valuations of a range of property types – commercial, residential and rural.

It is essential that you have a high degree of computer literacy and advanced skills in all MS Office.

Preference will be given to an applicant who has a background in real estate, conveyancing; bank housing loans; property valuations or a Council background in property valuations / rates department etc., and/or currently studying toward a post secondary qualification in the property industry.

There will be flexibility to work from home on occasions or during Covid lockdown after a training period. Core office hours are 8.30am to 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday.

After a qualifying period, the successful applicant who wishes to progress within the industry, will be considered for a Cadetship with the view of doing further studies to become an accredited Valuer.
