A not for profit  company in Shepparton needs a Temp HR Assistant to fill a temporary role which encompasses mostly recruitment and some payroll administration. The assignment could last for up to 2 months.

Key details:
Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5pm – 38 hours per week

Must have experience of recruiting (ideally within a large company)
Must be able to work autonomous, within a fast paced environment where the recruitment process is long and paper-based.
Ability to think on their feet
Experienced in conducting full referee checks
Intermediate level MS Office skills – Word and Excel
Police check – or willing to get one
Evidence of 3 COVID vaccinations – Mandated requirement by the Vic Government in this sector
Previous experience in Health or Aged Care sector
an understanding of the linkage between rosters, HR and payroll.
NDIS check
Knowledge around workplace checks – national police & NDIS checks
