Description:
The purpose of this role is to ensure the right processes and practices are implemented across the business, including it’s activities, technology, personnel and day-to-day efficiency continue to work well with the overall aim of achieving business objectives.
Core objectives include:
- Coordinate, plan and execute workflow activities,
- Coordinate personnel work activities in line with strategic business goals and NDIS requirements,
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost effective way,
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices aligned with governed legislation,
- Continue to assist the business process to remain legally compliant,
- Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee care plans to meet NDIS requirements,
- Manage financial/payroll business requirements, including examination of financial data and use to improve profitability,
- Manage budgets and forecasts as agreed with General Manager,
- Perform quality controls as required under all legislation, standards and internal business alignment,
- Recruit, train, lead, engage and supervise staff,
- Manage and grow client network, continually providing customer services to meet the business state of commitment,
- Regularly review and implement changes to various forms of documentation,
- Manage all third party communication and technology queries and networking,
- Oversea and train all employees including contractors in OH&S requirements, policies and standards continually providing a safe work place with zero harm.
