CLIENT SERVICES OFFICER
Based in Kyabram this role is focussed on providing client service and administrative assistance to the consultants in the office iwhere a supportive work environment and range of employee benefits are in place.
To succeed in the role, you will need:
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Demonstrate excellent phone and email etiquette
• A willingness to follow procedures and ask questions is a must to ensure accurate results across the team
• Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and attention to detail
• Be proactive, using initiative with the ability to work as part of a team
• Tech savvy – experience with Microsoft Office and ability to pick up new programs
• Experience in reception or administration would be considered advantageous
