A Shepparton based motor dealership is on the lookout for a full time Stock Controller. The stock controller ensures the accurate and timely completion of administrative duties relating to vehicles entering and leaving the dealership.

Some of the main responsibilities of this role are listed below-

• Complete daily registration of New & Used vehicles on the Vic Roads system.
• Maintain an accurate and up to date stock system (eraPower/DMS & OEM systems) and
  provide any required reporting to OEM & Management staff. Inclusive of updating new
• Model codes, paint codes, accessory codes in eraPower;
• Maintain stock reports, forward order reports with all of the necessary details.
• Establish, build and nurture ongoing working relationships with all internal and external
  stakeholders.
• Liaise with 3rd party suppliers & service departments for accessory fitment, PD’s & cleaning,
  raising Purchase order where necessary
• Perform administrative duties in an accurate and timely manner, while ensuring adherence
  to all associated compliance requirements;

Qualifications:

• Current and valid Victorian driver licence required
• Ability to drive manual transmission desirable
• Certificate III in Business, similar, or equivalent workplace experience preferred but not a must
• 
  Experience:
• Prior experience in an administrative role essential
• Familiarity with the Motor Vehicle Industry highly desirable
• Well-developed customer service/ experience management skills;
• Use of the Microsoft Office Suite

Remuneration – $60,000 plus Super
