Key Responsibilities:
• Be the backbone of the office by providing high-level administrative support to management and team members.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring seamless communication within the team and with clients.
• Keep everything in order by maintaining accurate records, updating internal databases, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Prepare and format important documents, reports, and presentations with precision and professionalism.
• Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organising events, contributing to a smooth workflow.
• Perform essential office duties including filing, ordering supplies, and keeping the office environment neat and organised.
Skills & Experience:
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with colleagues and clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) is a must.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in administrative or office support roles is a bonus.
• A positive, friendly, and professional attitude with a strong desire to contribute to the success of the team.
