Fox Personnel is seeking an experienced and professional Reception / Administration Assistant on behalf of our valued client for a short-term assignment in July. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service, takes pride in presentation, and can hit the ground running.
Friday 4th July 2025 – Half day from 8.30am – 12pm Monday 7th July 2025 – Wednesday 18th July 2025 (inclusive) 8.30am – 5.30pm (1 hour lunch break)
Duties Include:
• Answering and directing incoming calls
• Taking and passing on phone messages Welcoming and assisting walk-in customers
• General upkeep of the customer reception area
• Daily cleaning of the coffee machine and tidying of cups Ad hoc admin tasks, including filing
About You:
• Previous experience in reception or admin is essential
• Well-presented, reliable, and friendly
• Able to work independently and show initiative
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Successful completion and positive feedback may lead to additional casual work opportunities with our client.
