Fox Personnel Recruitment — supporting regional Victoria since 1999 , and now on the Sunshine Coast— is looking for reliable, flexible on-call temps to fill short-term staffing needs across our Sunshine Coast client network. Our clients include logistics depots, trades businesses and local service providers, so you’ll be called when they need extra hands for operations, warehouse work or admin support.
This is a casual / on-call role: we call you when a client needs cover. Great for people wanting flexible hours, top up income, or those keen to get a foot in with local businesses that often offer longer-term work.
What you might be asked to do
You’ll be placed into shifts depending on client needs. Typical duties include a mix of:
Admin / Reception)
• Answer incoming phone calls and book jobs using job management systems (ServiceM8 experience preferred)
• Enter invoices, process bills and assist with reconciliations (Xero experience desirable)
• Manage office supplies, filing and employee documentation (licenses, OHS records)
• Assist with fleet admin, organise staff uniforms/OHS equipment and support team events
Who we’re after:
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible — able to respond to on-call shifts
• Good communication and customer service skills (phone manner important)
• Physically fit for manual roles and comfortable on your feet for long shifts
• Admin experience and strong computer skills for reception/office roles (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Forklift (FL) licence and gas forklift experience preferred for warehouse placements
• Experience with ServiceM8, Xero or iAuditor is a plus but not essential — we consider applicants who are willing to learn
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and team-focused approach

Work pattern & pay:
• Casual / On-call. Shifts will vary depending on client needs (day shifts most common).
