Fox Personnel is seeking an experienced and professional Temp Reception / Administration Assistant on behalf of our valued client for a short-term 2.5-day assignment in early November.
The role will involve a half day on Monday 8.30 am to 12.00 pm, 3rd November, followed by full days on Tuesday, 4th November and Wednesday, 5th November, working from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm with an hour for lunch.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service, takes pride in presentation, and can hit the ground running. Also, upon successful completion and positive feedback from our client, it may lead to more assignments with Fox Personnel.
Duties include:
- Answering and directing incoming calls
- Taking and passing on phone messages
- Welcoming and assisting walk-in customers
- General upkeep of the customer reception area
- Daily cleaning of the coffee machine and tidying of cups
- Ad hoc admin tasks, including filing
About You:
- Previous experience in reception or admin is essential
- Well-presented, reliable, and friendly
- Able to work independently and show initiative
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Successful completion and positive feedback may lead to additional casual work opportunities with our client.
