Fox Personnel is seeking an EXPERIENCED Administration Assistant to join our small but growing team. The successful candidate will need a strong work ethic, high attention to detail, be a strong team player, be keen to learn and most of all have a good attitude.
Interaction with our candidates, contractors and clients is a huge part of our roles, and so, our ideal applicant will be a confident communicator.
Duties
- Search for and contact suitable candidates.
- Cultivate connections with new and existing candidates.
- Actively maintain, update, and navigate our internal databases.
- Liaise with clients to ensure recruitment/onboarding process are coordinated and managed efficiently.
- Provide a wide range of administrative support services, including writing adverts, formatting resumes, social media posting and conducting reference checks.
- Facilitate onboarding processes and generating contracts/extensions, ensuring all paperwork is completed correctly, and delivered in a timely manner.
- Check in on our valued contractors to ensure they’re thriving in their roles.
Key skills and experience:
- A resilient and proactive attitude, and the desire and experience to comfortably work in a high paced environment-this is not a cushy receptionist role!
- Strong communication skills: a commitment to providing exceptional customer service across all channels – written, phone and face to face.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to carry out administrative duties in an efficient and timely manner.
- Strong time management skills: the ability to accomplish objectives effectively within tight time frames.
- This role is 30-38 hours Casual at approximately $29-30 p/h. There is the chance that it could become a permanent P/T or F/T role after the probation period.
