Fox Personnel has been engaged to refer a suitably capable, skilled and able person to take on this interesting and busy role. The job is permanent part time-5 days a week, approx. 10am-3pm each day. This role is in the transport industry and the workplace is modern and clean. The client is a family business and you will work for the Administration Manager and assist with AP/AR, Payroll, Reception, Data Entry and other Logistics tasks as well as general administration. This role will suit someone who has flexibility and able to commit to 5 days a week. The client is committed to delivering service excellence and client satisfaction. Duties Include but not limited to:
• Pallet logistics reconciliation
• Assist drivers with new computerised con note system
• Assist Operations
• process payroll
• Assists with A/R & A/P
• Maintain compliance documents
• Other duties as requested

We are looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Highly organised and excellent attention to detail
• Professional and Punctual
• Proficient use of IT systems – Microsoft Suite, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Experience with Accounting software – preferably MYOB
• Comfortable working in a changing environment
• Experience in a previous office administration role
