A Shepparton based Retirement Village is seeking an Assistant Manager to provide support to the Village Manager with the day to day operations of this luxurious, secure, resort lifestyle venue.
We are looking for someone that is able to work autonomously, is comfortable both giving and receiving instructions, is adaptable and and has great interpersonal and organisational skills. You will be working closely with, and report to the Village Manager. You will also need to work closely with contractors and staff in a respectful and team oriented manner that is compliant with OHS Standards.
We are looking for someone that is looking for a people focused role who appreciates the value of “community”, and truely cares about what they do.
To be considered for this amazing role you will possess the following-
- A minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
- advanced computer skills especially in WORD and Excel
- Have knowledge or willing to gain it in relation to the VIC Retirement Village Act
- A knowledge of Goldmine CRM or other database program is desirable
