The Bistro Manager is responsible for the effective and efficient operation of the bistro, overseeing both front-of-house activities and close collaboration with the kitchen team. Key Responsibilities

Operational Management

• Manage day-to-day bistro operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Oversee rostering, ordering, and stock control processes.
• Monitor and manage expenditure, including food and labour costs.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and hygiene regulations.

Team Leadership

• Lead, train, and motivate wait staff and kitchen personnel.
• Foster a positive, supportive, and professional team culture.
• Assist with staff development, performance management, and ongoing training.

Service & Quality

• Maintain high standards of customer service and presentation at all times.
• Address and resolve customer feedback or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Work collaboratively with the Head Chef to ensure the quality and consistency of food offerings.
