Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end bookkeeping and payroll across a diverse client portfolio
• Prepare and lodge BAS, IAS and superannuation obligations
• Drive improvements in systems and processes for clients
• Collaborate closely with internal tax and advisory teams
• Identify opportunities to add value and streamline services
About You:
• Certificate IV in Bookkeeping or Diploma of Accounting
• Hands-on bookkeeping experience across multiple client files
• Strong proficiency in Xero, MYOB, and Excel
• Accurate transaction coding and reconciliation experience
• Experience with accounts payable and receivable
• Sound knowledge of payroll, GST and compliance standards in Australia
• High attention to detail and accuracy
