Fox Personnel have been engaged by a loyal client to recruit a talented Chef de Partie to contribute to a vibrant, high-performing kitchen. This is an exciting temporary three-week opportunity for a driven culinary professional to showcase their skills and make a strong impact. The position operates Tuesday to Saturday.
About the Role:
- Preparing and cooking menu items to established venue standards
- Assisting with service during lunch and/or dinner shifts
- Maintaining all food safety, hygiene, and compliance requirements
- Supporting the Head Chef and wider kitchen team as needed
About You:
- Completing general kitchen duties, including cleaning and food preparation
- Previous experience as a Commis Chef or Chef de Partie in a comparable venue
- Ability to manage and maintain a specific kitchen section (e.g., larder, grill, sauté, pastry)
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and general kitchen operations
- Ability to perform well under pressure
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Understanding of allergens and dietary requirements
- Effective teamwork and communication skills
