Fox Personnel Recruitment is assisting in filling an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Customer Service/Internal Sales professional to join a dynamic and growing team on the Sunshine Coast. This full-time role offers excellent working hours and the chance to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist a large and varied customer base in a busy warehouse environment.
- Provide expert advice on product selection, including workwear and safety footwear.
- Process quotes, sales transactions, and orders, while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Support the sales team and field reps, responding to telephone inquiries and providing backup where needed.
- Manage stock levels, including receiving, inspecting, and organizing inventory.
- Assist in packaging and dispatching products, ensuring quality control
Skills & Experience
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Ability to quickly learn technical product knowledge.
• Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment is beneficial (experience with PPE and safety equipment sales is a plus).
What’s on Offer
- Full-time position with 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
