Fox Personnel Recruitment, operating since 1999, has been engaged by a well-established and highly regarded hospitality venue in Northern Victoria to find an experienced Gaming & Bar Manager. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional passionate about gaming operations, team management, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
About the Role:
As the Gaming & Bar Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the gaming and bar areas, ensuring a high standard of service, compliance, and efficiency. You’ll lead by example, motivate your team, and maintain a welcoming and responsible entertainment environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across gaming and bar areas
- Ensure compliance with gaming and liquor regulations and venue policies
- Lead, train, and support a team of bar and gaming attendants
- Deliver exceptional customer service and foster a positive team culture
- Manage cash handling, reconciliations, and reporting
- Work collaboratively with management to drive performance, promotions, and engagement
About You: You’ll bring strong leadership, operational knowledge, and a hands-on approach.
You will need:
- Proven experience in gaming and bar management
- Sound knowledge of gaming compliance and regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work a flexible roster — including at least one night and one weekend day per week (offset with suitable days off)
- Current RSA, RSG, and relevant gaming licences (or ability to obtain)
