One of the largest providers of Aged Care in Shepparton is seeking HR ASSISTANT for its various sites in the region, for an immediate start. 30-38 hours per week is what is on offer. The position will require you to assist with the recruitment, processes and procedures throughout the employee experience lifecycle.
Some tasks that are part of the role are listed below-
- day to day HR administration of processes and procedures.
- providing timely and effective generalist support and advice to key stakeholders
- co-ordinating of recruitment, selection and onboarding of new staff
- co-ordinating the development and implementation of HR related guides, policies and pprocedures
- assisting with performance management processes , and NDIS Worker Screening Checks.
The successful applicant will have the ability to manage several tasks at a time, whilst adhering to our clients Mission of “enriching the lives of the people in our care”.
