About the Role:

Casual ongoing positions (30–38 hours per week)

Monday to Friday roster, currently 7:00am – 3:00pm Future second shift to be introduced as production expands

Hands-on work in a fertiliser manufacturing environment

Join a small but growing team

Employment Type:

This is a casual position paid on an hourly basis. 30-38 hours every week.

It is not a salaried role.

Pay Rate: Hourly rate will be based on experience, qualifications, and licences held.

Desirable Tickets & Experience:

HR and/or MC truck licence Forklift licence White Card Loader operating experience Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or similar environments

What We’re Looking For:

Willingness to work in a dusty environment and get hands-on Comfortable working “in the green” and keeping the site clean, including sweeping and general labouring

Team players who pull their weight – we’re looking for people who contribute, not passengers

Strong work ethic and reliability

Own transport Ability to provide contactable references
