Our Clients are a large Meat Processor based in Echuca and have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to join their team! As the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities within our plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contractor Management: Oversee contractors to ensure work is completed safely and to the highest standards.
• Maintenance Planning: Efficiently execute and deliver on maintenance plans.
• Preventive Maintenance: Prioritize preventive maintenance to minimize breakdowns and downtime.
• Safety Focus: Prioritize safety in all maintenance activities and actively participate in safety initiatives.
• Maintenance Strategies: Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies to ensure asset safety, operational efficiency, and adherence to critical maintenance and shutdown requirements.
• Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to company standards for maintenance, safety, and procurement.
• Site Supervision: Provide direct oversight of on-site maintenance activities and minor projects, including external contractors.
• Procurement: Ensure timely procurement of necessary components to avoid maintenance delays.

Qualifications:

• Mechanical Trade Qualification with at least 5 years of experience 
• Strong knowledge of CMMS & inventory management
• Excellent communication, writing, and planning abilities
