Fox Personnel has a position available for an experienced Office Manager in Shepparton. 

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in operations management? Do you excel in leading teams and ensuring the smooth execution of projects? If so, we’re looking for an Office Manager to join our team and oversee operations at our Shepparton site!

Please note- This is a 6-9 month contract. 

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations. You’ll lead a team of dedicated professionals, manage day-to-day activities, and ensure the efficient and safe execution of programs. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive leader to make a significant impact and contribute to the success of our organisation.

Some aspects of this role, but not limited to are-

  • • Manage all operational activities at the site, including scheduling and resource allocation.
  • • Lead and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance, allocating training, and support to ensure high performance and morale.
  • • Monitor progress against program targets and budgets, identifying and addressing any issues or obstacles that may arise.
  • • Maintain a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • • Communicate with internal stakeholders to gather and disperse important program communication for distribution.
  • • Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
  • • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong relationships.
  • • Prepare regular reports on programs with key team leaders on performance metrics for management review.
  • • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings, driving efficiency and profitability.

To be considered for this role-the following will be taken into consideration-

  • • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the community services industry.
  • • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • • Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with a focus on prioritisation and problem-solving.
  • • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
