Robinvale Golf Club Resort is a leading hospitality and leisure destination, offering guests a premium experience across our dining, gaming, and entertainment facilities. We are seeking an experienced and professional Operations Manager to oversee the efficient and effective management of our venue’s core operations.
About the Role:
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, the Operations Manager will be responsible for the operational performance and compliance of:
• The Electronic Gaming Room, TAB & Ken
• A popular bistro offering lunch and dinner 5 days per week
• A vibrant bar operating 7 days a week
This leadership position is pivotal in ensuring service excellence, regulatory compliance, financial performance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide effective leadership and direction to operational teams to achieve business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all liquor, gaming, and workplace health & safety legislation
• Oversee rostering, staff performance management, and workforce development.
• Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and cost control measures to maximise profitability.
• Monitor operational KPIs and implement continuous improvement strategies.
• Collaborate with the CEO and Board to deliver on strategic initiatives.
About You:
We’re looking for a hands-on and approachable leader who thrives in a hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will have:
• Proven operational management experience in a hospitality, club, or gaming environment
• Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to build, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
• Sound knowledge of regulatory frameworks for liquor and gaming.
• Commercial acumen and experience managing budgets, cost control, and revenue growth.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer experience.
