Fox Personnel is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join a respected organisation delivering services across Queensland. This newly created leadership role offers the opportunity to oversee program delivery, corporate services, and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple regions.
The Role:
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for ensuring effective service delivery, strong operational frameworks, and organisational growth. You’ll provide leadership to regional teams, manage corporate functions, and embed a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee operations across HR, administration, finance, compliance, and risk.
• Manage service delivery frameworks to ensure high-quality outcomes across multiple regions.
• Oversee financial management including budgeting, reporting, payroll, and liaison with external finance providers.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, staff development and performance management.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to regional managers, fostering a culturally safe and positive workplace.
• Drive continuous improvement, efficiency, and innovation across the organisation.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO, senior management team, and key partners to achieve long-term strategic goals.
About You:
• Proven experience in an Operations Manager (or similar senior management) role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams.
• Solid understanding of HR, finance, administration, and compliance functions.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Flexibility to travel regularly across Queensland.
