The Role

This is a business development–led recruitment role.

You will:

• Proactively win new clients across Bendigo and surrounding regions
• Get out from behind the desk and meet decision-makers face to face
• Run the full recruitment cycle end-to-end
• Build and grow your own desk with real accountability
• Be measured on outcomes, not activity theatre

This is not a servicing-only role.

• Salary: $75,000 + super
• Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
