POSITION OBJECTIVES:
An Automotive company in Shepparton seeks a SERVICE ADVISOR to join their customer service focused team for a full-time role.
The Service Advisor is often the first contact a customer has with the company. Their role utilises exceptional interpersonal skills, time management and administrative expertise to provide seamless service to customers when repairing or servicing their vehicle.

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide EXEMPLARY customer service to customers at all times
• Perform administrative duties
• Liaise with all departments and vehicle manufacturers
• Act as intermediary between clients and the workshop / technicians
• Answer inbound calls to the service department
• Take and manage bookings
• Monitor workshop progress
• Record client requests and complaints
• Update vehicle service details

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Qualifications:
• Certificate III in Business Administration, similar or equivalent experience ideal
• Current and valid Victorian driver licence required
• Ability to drive manual transmission desirable
Experience:
• Prior experience in customer care – and preferably previous experience as a Service Advisor or similar role.
• Experience utilizing computer systems to manage customer accounts or orders
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Skills:
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Detailed oriented approach to tasks
• Effective time and task management skills
• A highly motivated, self-starter
Benefits:
