About the Role:
Join a parts department where you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, supporting both trade clients and internal teams with timely and accurate parts advice and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Interpret and supply spare parts over the counter and by phone
• Provide expert advice on parts specifications
• Use computer systems to bill, cost, and manage inventory
• Support parts promotions and weekend trade as required
• Maintain a clean, professional counter and display area
• Build strong relationships with customers and team members
Your Skills & Experience:
• Previous experience in a parts interpreter or similar customer service role
• Computer literate with excellent attention to detail
• Great communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a tight-knit team
• Mechanical or automotive parts knowledge (preferred)

• Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm + rostered Saturday mornings
• 38-hour week + 2 hours standard overtime
• Penalty rates for Saturdays (T1.5 & T2)
• $32–$35 per hour + super, depending on experience
