Fox Personnel are looking for an experienced candidate to fill a new position which involves looking after Accounts Payable and Receivable, General Ledger and Account Reconciliation and Payroll.
Due to a sudden resignation, our client is looking for both an immediate solution and a permanent one. In close collaboration with the Director and Branch manager, you will also assist with the preparation of the monthly reports and provide commentary on financial performance of the organisation. This is a key financial role, involving a high degree of trust and integrity, with your primary responsibilities to include;
- Using the operating system. It is provided by a software firm known as AMWIN. The operating system is windows based. The position is supported by the businesses accountant in relation to taxation and reporting matters.
- Accurate monthly reports
- Accurate coding of accounts payable invoices
- Accounts Payable/ Receivable
- Payroll ( permanent employees)
- Bank Reconciliation
- AdHoc finance matters
- Naturally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate files and databases to audit standard, maintaining an awareness of all relevant legislation.
