Fox Personnel is in search of motivated office staff for an immediate start with a growing disaster restoration team in Bendigo! If you’re organised, proactive, and enjoy helping people, this is your chance to support a busy office managing property insurance claims. The team works to restore homes and businesses affected by water, fire, and mould damage, helping clients get their properties back to normal.

Role Details:

Part time, Monday–Friday, 10am – 3pm- immediate start required

Location: Epsom, Bendigo

Pay rate: $37.13 per hour

Temporary role: approximately 2–4 weeks,

Key Responsibilities:

Process and manage property insurance claims

Liaise with clients, insurers, contractors, and other stakeholders

Maintain accurate records and reports

Support a fast-paced office environment with a positive, solution-focused approach

Skills & Attributes:

Strong customer service and communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and online databases

Detail-oriented, organised, and able to multitask

Experience in insurance, restoration, or accounts is a plus but not essential
