Fox Personnel Recruitment is partnering with leading regional logistics and agricultural clients to recruit experienced MC, HC and CV drivers in the Shepparton area. We have immediate starts available for both casual ongoing roles (with view to permanency) and full-time permanent positions.
These roles include linehaul, local delivery, bulk/agricultural runs and building product deliveries. If you’re reliable, mechanically minded and safety-focused — we want to hear from you.
Roles & Typical Duties:
• Deliver building products, agricultural goods and regional freight
• Safely secure loads and check restraints before departure
• Work closely with loaders to ensure safe loading practices
• Perform pre-start checks, report maintenance issues and keep accurate logbooks
• Drive A-doubles / road trains / Rigid trucks depending on role
• Uphold high road and workplace safety standards at all times
Rosters & Start Times:
• Monday–Friday day shifts (common start times: 4am, 5am or 6am)
• Night shift options available (4pm or 6pm starts) for some roles
• Typical shifts 10–12 hours per day depending on roster
• Overtime available for full-time permanent roles
Pay & Conditions:
• Pay rate: $42.68 – $52.92 per hour (role-dependent)

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
• Valid HC, CV or MC licence (role dependent) — HC & CV mandatory for some clients
• Demonstrated experience driving heavy vehicles (road train / A-doubles experience highly regarded)
• Experience with Road Ranger gearbox preferred
• Clean driving record (must provide VicRoads extract)
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug & alcohol screen
• Mechanically minded and able to perform routine checks
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work long shifts
Highly Regarded:
• Tanker, tipper or civil experience
• Previous agricultural/farm deliveries or bulk feed runs
• Experience with logbooks and fatigue management
