Fox Personnel, has a valued client seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join its small team. The successful candidate will need a strong work ethic, high attention to detail, be a strong team player, be keen to learn, comfortable working in a high paced environment and most of all have a good attitude.
Interaction with our candidates, contractors and clients is a huge part of our roles, and so, our ideal applicant will be a confident communicator.
Duties:
- Cultivate connections with new and existing clients.
- Actively maintain, update, and navigate our internal databases.
- Liaise with clients on a regular basis
- Provide a wide range of administrative support services .
- Facilitate onboarding processes and generating contracts/extensions, ensuring all paperwork is completed correctly, and delivered in a timely manner.
- Check in on our valued contractors to ensure they’re thriving in their roles.
Key skills and experience:
- A resilient and proactive attitude, and the desire and experience to comfortably work in a high paced environment.
- Strong communication skills: a commitment to providing exceptional customer service across all channels – written, phone and face to face.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to carry out administrative duties in an efficient and timely manner.
- Strong time management skills: the ability to accomplish objectives effectively within tight time frames.
