The Role:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Sales / Warehouse / Delivery team member to join their Bendigo branch. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts, offering a mix of customer service, warehouse operations, and local deliveries.
Key responsibilities include:
• Providing friendly and professional service to existing clients
• Handling inbound and outbound sales calls and enquiries
• Assisting customers with orders, quotations, and product information
• Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders
• Receiving, unloading, and stocking deliveries (including container unloading by hand and forklift)
• Performing stock checks and maintaining organised warehouse areas
• Supporting showroom sales and assisting the wider team with daily tasks
• Completing local deliveries across the Bendigo region
• Adhering to workplace health and safety requirements
We are looking for someone who is:
• Professional, approachable, and customer-focused
• Reliable, organised, and eager to learn
• A strong team player with initiative
• Comfortable in both customer-facing and warehouse settings
• Desirable but not essential:
• Knowledge of Sybiz Vision software
• Current forklift licence
• Paint mixing experience
