We have been engaged by our client to assist in recruiting for this exciting Sales / Technical Representative role within the Automotive Collision Repair industry
The Opportunity:
Our client is a family-owned business experiencing strong growth across its automotive division and expanding into new and diverse markets.
We are seeking a motivated Sales / Technical Representative to service clients across Metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria. This is an exciting opportunity for a trade-qualified professional who enjoys combining hands-on technical expertise with sales and customer support.
Key responsibilities include:
• Servicing and supporting the existing customer base within your territory
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the automotive refinish industry
• Providing technical support, including training painters, product demonstrations, and troubleshooting
• Building strong client relationships and delivering outstanding customer experiences
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
• A minimum trade qualification in Vehicle or Industrial Refinishing
• Previous sales or technical sales experience in the Automotive/Coatings industry (or related sector) – highly regarded
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
• A motivated, proactive mindset with a high level of integrity
• Residency within the nominated territory (preferred)
• A current and valid driver’s licence
