About the Role:
• Work alongside the Sous Chef as part of a small team of two.
• Prepare canapés, buffet-style mains, and desserts for up to 80 guests per evening.
• Dinner cruises operate five nights a week (Tuesday–Saturday) aboard the Ocean Explorer.
• Immediate start available for the right candidate.

• Salary $65,000–$70,000 + super (depending on experience).
• Live-on-Island role with staff accommodation available (~$260/week for your own studio-style apartment with shared facilities).
• Ferry transfer provided from Airlie Beach to the island.
