Our Client who is located 35 minutes outside of Bendigo is looking for reliable and hardworking crew members to join their team. As an Asphalt Crew Member, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the efficient and safe placement of asphalt at their work sites.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lay asphalt to specifications while meeting quality standards.
• Ensure work areas are clean and safe, following all safety procedures.
• Operate and maintain plant and equipment.
• Participate in site pre-start meetings and follow daily instructions from supervisors.
• Report maintenance issues, incidents, and near misses immediately.
• Maintain accurate records, including plant maintenance and driver’s daily logs.
• Assist with training less experienced crew members.

Requirements:
• Current Driver’s license and Construction Industry White Card. (Essential)
• Willingness to obtain tickets such as Skidsteer, Loaders and roller.
• HR/MC/HC Truck license (Desirable)
• Strong commitment to safety and quality.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and remote locations.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions effectively.
• Workzone Traffic Management certificate. (Desirable)
