We’re looking for a hands-on, people-focused Branch Manager to lead day-to-day operations, drive team performance, and ensure outstanding service delivery to our valued dairy farming clients.
About the Role:
Based 30 minutes from Shepparton,, this is a highly autonomous leadership role overseeing a team of Service Technicians and admin support. You’ll be responsible for managing service operations, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving financial and operational targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and schedule service operations to meet customer needs
• Build long-term relationships with farming clients
• Manage branch financials, budgets, and reporting
• Drive team engagement, training, and performance
• Collaborate with sales teams to support business growth
• Maintain a strong safety culture and ensure compliance
To thrive in this Role, You’ll Bring:
• A passion for the dairy/agricultural sector (hands-on experience highly valued)
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Solid commercial acumen and understanding of branch operations

• A current driver’s licence
