Fox Personnel has been engaged to recruit an experienced Human Resources Admin Officer for a 6–8-week casual assignment with a well-respected organisation based in Echuca.
This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident supporting a wide range of HR activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless new starter processes
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate HR records in the HR system (Citation HR)
• Support compliance with relevant checks (Police, WWCC, AHPRA, etc.)
• Provide administrative support and respond to HR-related queries
What You’ll Bring:
• A qualification in HR, Business Admin, or equivalent experience 2–3 years’ experience in a HR support role
• Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software systems
Pre- Employment Requirements:
• The successful applicant must provide satisfactory evidence of:
• Two professional referees
• Proof of identity and qualifications
• National Police Check and Working with Children Check
• Full Victorian driver’s licence
