Our client is seeking a friendly and mature Medical Receptionist for a temp role two days a week (Thursday & Friday) for the next 3 to 4 weeks with the potential to go longer. This is a key role that requires excellent customer service skills and attention to detail that will enable you to provide a professional and welcome reception to their patients, as well as support for their Clinical Team.

We are after someone with Medical knowledge

• Experience Genie,  Best Practice and/or Medical Director  

• Processing referrals 

• Data entry 

• Processing/Dispatching Correspondence letters 

• Scanning documents to patient Files 

• Manual filing of paper medical files 

• Updating patient files with personal information 

• Answering phone calls
